Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Promotes excellent customer relations by instilling positive customer focused behavior with associates.
• Takes customer orders and assists customers with selections in a courteous manner.
• Supervises all Associates in the department, oversees training, performance reviews, and assignments.
• Develops merchandising plans and displays to drive sales.
• Maintains inventories and records to calculate gross monthly profits according to company guidelines.
• Ensures product freshness, proper pricing, and restocking in the department.
