Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage the Produce Department, including hiring, training and developing department associates.
• Supervise the performance of duties and provide ongoing performance management and appraisals.
• Daily management of labor and coaching to meet productivity targets.
• Provide leadership to promote a culture aligned with Food Lion values and strategy.
• Support achievement of budgeted financial and operating results.
• Maintain a safe, clean and customer-friendly department environment; ensure compliance with policies.
