Responsibilities

• Set department standards for customer service and profitability.
• Recruit, hire, train, supervise, evaluate, and develop department staff.
• Plan schedules and daily work plans in partnership with Store Director.
• Supervise salad bar employees and manage inventory.
• Analyze weekly and monthly sales and trends and write ads.
• Manage department bookkeeping including invoices and financial procedures.
• Ensure proper temperatures and storage to maintain freshness.
