Qualifications

• Ability to apply basic algebra and geometry in daily tasks.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions and work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to stand and move for long periods and operate in varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Maximize sales in the Produce department and protect store assets.
• Open/close duties and maintain department standards and cleanliness.
• Train, supervise 10-15 subordinates, plan and direct daily tasks.
• Ensure proper stocking, merchandising, and correct pricing.
• Maintain customer service levels and safety compliance.
