ShopRite is seeking a Produce Manager (Kleins MD) in Parkville, MD to direct all functions of the Produce Department and its associates. You will drive sales, ensure safety and quality, and lead the team to deliver excellent customer service.

Essential duties include supervising staff, maintaining pricing and displays, and ensuring compliance with local and company policies. This is a full-time role with benefits and growth opportunities in a dynamic retail environment.

Formación

• Ability to read, write, speak, analyze, interpret, and understand English.

Responsabilidades

• Direct and supervise all functions of the Produce Department.
• Lead associates to achieve department goals in sales, profit, customer experience and engagement.
• Ensure safety, food safety and compliance across tasks.
• Maintain appropriate staffing and scheduling for department needs.
• Set up and maintain proper merchandising, labeling and product rotation.
