Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: 6 months experience working in a fresh production department or 6 months experience supervising a team.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Produce and Floral team to meet the business plan.
• Collaborate with other team leaders to ensure the total club meets member expectations.
• Maintain expertise in Produce and ensure quality, inventory, sanitation, safety and compliance.
• Leverage digital tools and handheld devices to plan for and drive sales and improve the shopping experience.
• Drive staffing levels, audit/compliance, and display merchandise per the layout plan while serving members.
