Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 2–4 years related experience and/or training.
• Ability to read safety rules and maintenance instructions; write routine reports.
• Ability to calculate figures such as discounts, interests and percentages.
• Ability to solve practical problems and interpret written or schedule instructions.

Responsibilities

• Achieve department goals in sales and gross profit.
• Maintain supply control, payroll expenses and inventory controls.
• Maintain transaction reports and proper accounting procedures.
• Order sufficient quantities and price items correctly.
• Ensure quality and freshness of produce with proper rotation.
• Direct stocking, display and rotation with eye appeal.
