Responsibilities

• Lead the department operations in the absence of the department manager and assistant department manager.
• Comply with all company policies, procedures and government regulations.
• Utilize store systems including Management Planning, Scheduling, CAO and RF Unit.
• Maintain fair, dignified treatment of co-workers and strong communication across the organization.
• Meet or exceed all applicable Management Planning guidelines.
• Develop produce product knowledge and train other associates as needed.
