• Produce department experience required.
• Customer service experience in retail/grocery setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist and support the Produce manager with all departmental functions.
• Assist in interviewing, training, and developing Produce staff.
• Establish and maintain a positive work environment.
• Follow procedures to maintain supplies.
• Manage inventory and pricing, including signage and margins.
• Oversee sampling of department products for customers.
• Ensure freshness and quality of product on delivery and restocking.
