Qualifications

• 6 months experience working in a fresh production department or 6 months experience supervising a team.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must successfully complete all trainings and assessments within the specified time if selected.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Produce and Floral team to meet business goals.
• Collaborate with other team leaders to meet member expectations.
• Utilize handheld technology to plan for and drive sales and improve operations.
• Maintain a neat, safe, and compliant work area for the team and members.
• Represent the team to ensure quality, inventory, sanitation and safety standards.
