• Ability to supervise and train staff and ensure proper price marking.

Responsibilities

• Develop maximum customer relations by leading the produce department with friendliness and courtesy.
• Supervise all aspects of salad bar operations.
• Direct receiving, storing, pricing, and merchandising of all produce items.
• Plan and direct schedules for full- and part-time staff for efficiency.
• Maintain department appearance, uniforms, and identification.
• Ensure accurate price marking and customer service compliance.
• Maintain records and reports and use them effectively.
• Promote company initiatives and process improvements to staff.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
