ShopRite of Bricktown is seeking a Produce Manager to direct all functions of the Produce Department and its Associates, ensuring sales, profitability, and a superior Customer Experience. Lead onboarding, training, and performance coaching while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role requires strong English communication, basic math, and the ability to lift up to 60 lbs. Candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced retail environment and lead a team to meet department goals.

Qualifications

• Must read, write, speak English and understand basic instructions.
• Ability to perform basic math and compute totals.
• Ability to interact with customers in a friendly manner.
• Lead and engage Associates to meet department goals.
• Adhere to safety and HACCP/HAZCOM policies.
• Able to lift 25 lbs regularly and up to 60 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise all functions and activities of the Produce Department and its Associates.
• Direct department to achieve sales, profit, and customer experience goals.
• Engage and lead Associates to accomplish targets.
• Provide ongoing training and feedback to Associates.
• Ensure safety policies are followed and equipment is used properly.
• Maintain temperature logs and production sheets.
