Responsibilities

• Schedules department associates, oversees training, conducts performance reviews, and supports LMS usage.
• Develops localized merchandising plans and creates displays to drive sales and coordinate cross-department activities.
• Maintains inventory records and reports on performance, profitability, and future plans.
• Ensures accurate receiving, correct pricing, proper signage, and timely restocking to maintain product freshness.
