Job summary

Food Lion is hiring a Produce/Perishable Associate in Taneytown, MD. You will provide quality customer service, maintain store standards, maximize sales, and minimize shrink through proper handling of Produce Department items.

Responsibilities include unloading trucks, stocking and displaying products, using ACIS and CAO, and following Food Lion safety guidelines. Successful CBT training and a neat appearance are required for on-duty work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly, accurate customer service in the Produce Department.
• Unloading trucks and ensuring proper placement of merchandise.
• Order, receive, prepare, and display products per guidelines.
• Follow Food Lion safety and workplace procedures.
• Use company tools such as ACIS and CAO for inventory and ordering.
• Maintain compliance with policies, dress code, and training requirements.
• Operate safely and report accidents or hazards to management.
• Adhere to local, state, and federal regulations.
• Support team and perform other duties as assigned.
