Job summary

Ridleys-Family-Markets-Inc in Utah is seeking a Liquor Department Manager to lead a busy store section, drive guest service and sales, and manage team performance.

This role requires 1–3 years of retail leadership, excellent communication, problem-solving and organizational skills, and a willingness to work flexible hours.

You will train staff, support merchandising decisions, balance margins with labor, and ensure accurate POS operations and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Education/Training: High School Diploma, some college preferred.

Liquor Department Managers are responsible for ensuring that team members provide exceptional guest service, while achieving sales and profit margin goals. This includes ensuring guest satisfaction, driving sales, building sales skills and product knowledge. Effective Managers maximize productivity and profitability by balancing sales and expenses, identifying sales opportunities and setting guest service standards. They must demonstrate knowledge of the department's purpose and goals and have the skills to help team members achieve those goals.
