Food Lion in Kings Mountain, NC, is seeking a Produce Clerk to provide quality customer service in the Produce Department. You will ensure proper ordering, receiving, preparation, conditioning, and display of merchandise, aiming to maximize sales while minimizing shrink.

The role emphasizes friendly, efficient service, adherence to safety guidelines, and accurate use of internal tools to support daily operations. A high school diploma is preferred, with opportunities for CBT-based training.

Responsabilidades

• Unload trucks for the Produce Department and ensure proper merchandising.
• Operate company tools like ACIS and CAO according to policy and guidelines.
• Follow food safety and workplace safety guidelines and report accidents.
• Wear Food Lion uniform with apron and name badge.
• Complete CBT, training packets and courses as assigned.
