Job summary

Valley Natural Foods in Burnsville, a community-owned cooperative, is looking for a dependable and upbeat Part-Time Produce Customer Service team member to help keep our produce department looking fresh and vibrant. You’ll stock displays, assist customers with tips and product info, rotate freshness, unload deliveries, and maintain department standards.

Weekend availability (Friday to Monday, afternoons) is required, with 16–24 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Excellent time management, organizational and communication skills.
• Attentive and able to multi-task and remain flexible to the changing needs of the business.
• Regular, predictable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Keep our produce displays stocked, clean, and looking beautiful.
• Provide friendly, knowledgeable service to customers looking for produce tips or product info.
• Rotate and check produce for freshness and quality throughout your shift.
• Assist with unloading deliveries and prepping produce for the sales floor.
• Support the team with light cleaning, organizing, and maintaining department standards.
