Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Role model the 3A's of Friendly: acknowledge, assist and appreciate our Customers.
• Promote Corporate Brands to customers.
• Promote trust and respect among associates.
• Answer questions about products and assist with department needs.
• Maintain knowledge of products and provide helpful suggestions.
• Prepare, package, label and inventory merchandise.
• Inspect products for quality and freshness and act accordingly.
• Label, stock and inventory department merchandise.
• Communicate any ordering/shipping discrepancies to the department manager.
• Maintain a positive attitude and stay current with ads.
• Ensure proper temperatures and maintain temperature logs.
• Support safety programs and report risks or unsafe conditions.
• Assist with equipment inspection and repairs as needed.
• Report accidents and safety issues to management.
• Handle customer and business information with honesty and integrity.
• Follow directions and seek help to resolve issues.
• Provide support for interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and/or older adults.
