Job summary

Food Lion in Beaufort, SC is seeking a Produce Department team member to provide quality customer service and maintain department standards. You will help with ordering, receiving, preparation, conditioning and display of merchandise while following safety guidelines.

Qualifications

H.S. diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

Maintain an atmosphere of enthusiastic customer awareness with fast, friendly, and accurate service.
Courtious and helpful to other associates.
Ensure ordering, receiving, preparation, conditioning and displaying of merchandise complies with policies.
Unload trucks for the Produce Department.
Understand and use ACIS inventory and CAO ordering tools.
Adhere to company guidelines, policies and standard practices.
Follow Food Safety and Workplace Safety guidelines and procedures.
Observe and correct unsafe conditions affecting associates or customers.
Report accidents per established procedures to the Manager on Duty.
