Qualifications

• High school diploma or its equivalent required.
• 2-3 years of related retail experience.
• One year of management experience.
• Previous experience in a natural foods industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in scheduling, staffing, and hiring to meet staffing needs.
• Promote succession planning and develop team members for promotions.
• Support disciplinary actions and advise on terminations.
• Meet or exceed sales, labor, and margin goals for the department.
• Review sales goals and inventory variance and act on trends.
• Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer feedback.
• Train department team in all job aspects and ensure safety protocols.
