Qualifications

• Food handling permit within first 14 days

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)

Skills & Responsibilities

• Implement Cosentino Customer Service Standards
• Prepare, display, and maintain produce
• Inspect for freshness and damages, rotate stock properly
• Operate and maintain equipment safely
• Meet productivity standards
• Handle damaged or un-saleable products appropriately
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in work area
• Unload and stock shipments neatly
• Label and price products as needed
• Provide accurate product information to customers
• Resolve customer complaints professionally
• Follow health, sanitation, and safety regulations
• Demonstrate strong communication and math skills

Physical Requirements

• Reaching, twisting, lifting up to 20 lbs regularly, up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Standing, walking, bending, squatting for long periods
• Work in coolers and freezers
• Climb ladders up to 5 ft (non-essential)
