Job Summary

Sort, display, remove, and replenish fresh fruits and vegetables. Maintain a clean and organized environment, provide excellent customer service, and ensure produce quality standards are met or exceeded.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist members by answering questions, recommending products, and providing safe handling tips
• Inspect, rotate, and store produce upon delivery
• Maintain produce displays and ensure product freshness and proper signage
• Follow safety guidelines for disposing of expired or damaged products
• Assist with inventory and ordering as needed
• Clean and sanitize equipment and display areas
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Experience in a produce department preferred
• Knowledge of fruits and vegetables, including seasonal items
• Must be at least 18 years old

Environmental Conditions

Work involves frequent movement, lifting up to 30 pounds, and exposure to temperature extremes in a refrigerated environment.

Compensation

The starting pay is $16.25 per hour. Actual salary may vary based on location, experience, and qualifications.
