Weis Markets is seeking a friendly, reliable associate to join the Produce Department. You will stock and trim produce, greet customers, handle special requests, and help maintain fresh, attractive displays. Training is provided and safety policies must be followed to ensure a clean, compliant department.

No prior experience required; a high school diploma or GED is preferred. This role supports teamwork across the store and contributes to community service initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Keep produce department stocked and appealing to meet customer demands.
• Greet customers and respond to questions and requests.
• Unpack, trim, and rotate produce to ensure freshness and proper labeling.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation per health and OSHA guidelines.
• Assist in displays, logs, and shelf replenishment.
• Follow PPE and safety rules; assist with other duties as needed.
