Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred 1–2 years grocery retail experience in Floral department.
• Experience in natural foods industry is a plus.
• Must maintain the highest level of customer service at all times.

Responsibilities

• Kee ps produce department clean and stocked during business hours.
• Assist customers and provide product recommendations and cross-selling.
• Ensure price tagging accuracy and proper product rotation."
• Operate department equipment (knives, scales, wrappers, pallet jacks, etc.).
• Participate in pre-inventory preparation and oversee fruit/vegetable program.
