Sioux Falls Food Coop is seeking a friendly, reliable Produce Clerk to join our team in Sioux Falls. You will assist customers, maintain fresh produce displays, and ensure accurate signage and product quality.

This full-time role offers a competitive starting pay of $17-$20 per hour, with benefits including health, dental, life insurance, retirement plan with company match, and gym membership. Flexible scheduling may include afternoons, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service for customers and co-workers.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently.
• Ability to unload daily shipment trucks.
• Flexible schedule with afternoons, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Offer great customer service both to our customers as well as co-workers.
• Ensure the freshness of produce by storing and displaying in the most appropriate manner. Cull all produce daily.
• Maintain clear, accurate product and price signage in good condition and meeting store brand standards.
• Help provide samples and demos on a regular basis.
• Support regular and thorough cleaning of all work and display areas.
