Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club in Greenfield, MA is seeking team members for the Produce Department. You will sort, stock, rotate, and replenish fruits and vegetables while helping Members with product knowledge and friendly service.

Qualifications

• Experience in a produce department preferred.
• Knowledge of fruit and vegetables preferred, including seasonal items.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist Members in the produce department with questions, recommendations and product handling tips.
• Inspect, rotate, and store produce to meet company standards.
• Rotate and merchandise displays to ensure freshness and visibility.
• Maintain orderly reserve stock and back-stock areas.
• Follow guidelines for disposing of damaged or expired products.
• Support inventory and order processing with the Fresh Manager as needed.
• Clean and sanitize equipment and display areas.
• Generate signage and ensure items are accurately priced and labeled.
