Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club, Inc. is seeking a Produce Associate to sort, display, remove, and replenish fresh fruits and vegetables in the produce department. You will help Members with product knowledge and ensure high quality standards while maintaining a clean, organized department.

You will rotate stock, assist with inventory, and follow club policies to deliver a safe, friendly shopping experience. This role emphasizes teamwork, speed, and a commitment to GOLD Standard service.

Qualifications

• Work experience in a produce department preferred.
• Knowledge of fruit and vegetables, including seasonal items.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provides assistance to Members in the produce department. Answers questions, recommends products and safe handling tips, and assists Members with finding products throughout the club.
• Inspects, rotates, and stores produce upon delivery. Ensures that all received produce meets company produce standards.
• Rotates produce on the sales floor to ensure optimal freshness and variety. Keeps the produce displays neat and clean.
