Job summary

ShopRite of Lawnside is seeking a Produce Clerk to deliver excellent customer service while pricing, stocking, and rotating merchandise in the Produce Department. Key qualifications include English language proficiency, basic math, ability to lift up to 60 lbs, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, speak English clearly.
• Ability to perform basic math and handle cash/price checks.
• Must stand/walk for long periods and lift 25–60 lbs.
• Ability to work with fresh and packaged products and in varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide prompt, courteous service.
• Stock, price, rotate, and maintain a clean produce department.
• Follow approved procedures for receiving, dating, storing, and labeling products.
• Maintain sanitation, QA standards, and safety procedures.
• Display merchandise attractively and ensure product quality and freshness.
