Qualifications

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Be dependable and reliable with the ability to work a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Respect Sprouts culture of diversity, equity and inclusion.
• Have a positive attitude and the ability to interact with customers.
• Have good communication skills; and the ability to take direction and participate in a team environment.
• Able to perform repetitious tasks, multi-task, prioritize and stay organized.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, climb and lift up to 50 lbs. for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Stock the Produce department and maintain presentation according to department standards.
• Face, fill and organize product; ensure tag and pricing accuracy.
• Maintain proper inventory control to maximize freshness and availability.
• Answer customer questions in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Support safe and efficient department operations in a fast-paced store.
