Job summary

El Super is hiring a Produce Clerk at #21 Paramount. Under the Produce Manager, you will assist customers, maintain fresh produce displays, and ensure accurate labeling and pricing. This fast-paced grocery environment requires you to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, and bend for extended periods.

Starting rate is $16.90 per hour. Prior experience in retail or produce is helpful but not required; training is provided. This role supports our community with quality produce and friendly service.

Qualifications

• Read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, pricing codes, shelf tags, short correspondence, and memos.
• Write simple correspondence.
• Effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and assist customers.
• Clean, fill and rotate produce displays.
• Lift and move up to 50 lbs as required and stand for prolonged periods.
