Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Produce Clerk in our California store to stock, present and merchandise fresh produce while delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Produce Clerk you will maintain product knowledge, tag and price items, rotate stock and assist customers with questions, ensuring quality and availability throughout your shift.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 and ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be dependable with strong ethics and teamwork.
• Positive attitude and ability to interact with customers.
• Good communication and ability to take direction.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs for portions of the shift.

Responsibilities

• Stock and present Produce department items according to department schematics and pricing.
• Maintain knowledge of products and ensure freshness and availability.
• Tag, price, rotate and merchandise products; answer customer questions.
• Ensure inventory control and proper rotation throughout shifts.
