Responsibilities

• Assist the department manager in reaching sales and profit goals established for the department.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment to encourage customers to return.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and embrace the Customer 1st strategy.
• Answer questions about products and promote store brands to customers.
• Label, stock and inventory merchandise and notify management of discrepancies.
• Support and assist customers, including minors and individuals with special needs, as required.
