Job summary

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting every customer with a smile.
• Review merchandise for freshness and rotate stock to maintain quality.
• Ensure adequate product supply and manage production lists for the department.
• Check in product, stock shelves, and review invoices as needed.
• Prepare, finish, and replenish products while keeping areas clean and safe.
• Assist with general department upkeep, ordering supplies, and pricing as needed.
• Follow Hy-Vee's dress code and department guidelines; support the team.
• Provide friendly service over the phone when customers call.
