You will engage customers, follow department schematics, and help ensure pricing accuracy and product rotation. The role requires standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Be dependable with a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Maintain a positive attitude and interact well with customers.
• Have good communication skills and ability to follow directions in a team.
• Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for portions of the shift.
• Walk up to 5 miles in an 8 hour shift.
• Adhere to safety, health, OSHA and weights and measures regulations.

Responsibilities

• Stock, present, and merchandise Produce according to department schematics and pricing.
• Maintain tag and pricing accuracy and ensure fresh, high quality offerings.
• Rotate stock and manage inventory to maximize freshness and availability.
• Answer customer questions in a friendly, helpful manner.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support fast-paced store operations.
