Qualifikationen

• Assist customers with locating products and answering questions regarding produce items.

• Rotate merchandise using FIFO procedures.
• Remove damaged, spoiled, or unsaleable products from displays.
• Maintain attractive and fully stocked displays to maximize sales.
• Build promotional and seasonal displays according to company guidelines.
• Ensure accurate pricing and signage throughout the department.
• Inspect produce for freshness, quality, and appearance.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs to management.
• Follow company standards for trimming, culling, and handling produce.
• Assist with receiving and storing produce deliveries.
• Maintain cleanliness of displays, prep areas, coolers, and storage rooms.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
• Properly use cleaning chemicals and equipment according to safety standards.
• Adhere to company policies regarding product handling and workplace safety.
• Assist with inventory counts and stock audits as needed.
• Unload and organize deliveries.
• Operate pallet jacks, carts, and other approved equipment safely.
• Support department goals for sales, shrink control, and profitability.
