Cub New Brighton on Rice Creek Road is seeking a part-time Produce Associate to stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure freshness and visual appeal for customers.

You will interact with customers, assist with questions about product locations, support cashiers with price checks, and help maintain a clean, efficient selling floor. This role requires physical stamina and flexibility for varied shifts, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Retail produce experience preferred.
• Stand and walk for long periods; lift up to 70 lbs.
• Able to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs aisle stocking and display building.
• Sorts produce stock loads.
• Assist cashiers with price checks and product replacement.
• Assist customers with questions about product locations.
• Answers department phone calls and refers as appropriate.
• Follows all store and department policies and procedures.
