Job summary

Cub Forest Lake is seeking a part-time Produce position to stock, organize, and maintain appealing shelves while ensuring product rotation for freshness. The role includes frequent customer interaction, attention to detail, and adaptability to weekend and holiday shifts.

Ideal candidates will have strong customer service skills, be able to stand for long periods, and operate basic store equipment. The position supports a team-driven environment with weekly pay and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Must be able to provide prompt, courteous and accurate service to customers.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling merchandise and transactions.
• Able to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks safely.
• Ability to memorize, read, write and perform basic math as part of daily duties.
• Must be at least 16 years old and able to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment such as forklift (where trained), pallet jack, carts and other store tools.
• Stock and organize produce shelves to maintain an appealing display.
• Rotate products to ensure freshness and minimize waste.
• Assist customers with inquiries and provide friendly service.
• Follow verbal or written instructions and communicate supply needs as required.
