Job summary

King Soopers is seeking a customer service oriented team member to create an outstanding customer experience in-store. You will assist the department manager in achieving sales goals, maintain a safe and clean environment, and promote brand standards while serving customers with honesty and integrity.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, stocking and labeling merchandise, informing customers about specials, and ensuring proper temperatures and safety procedures are followed.

Qualifications

• Ability to handle stressful situations.
• Knowledge of basic math (counting, addition, and subtraction).
• Current food handlers permit once employed.

Responsibilities

• Model the 3A’s of Friendly: acknowledge, assist and appreciate customers.
• Promote Corporate Brands to customers.
• Provide helpful information and answer questions about products in the department and store.
• Assist with produce preparation and inform customers of specials.
• Maintain accurate labeling, stocking and inventory of department merchandise.
• Ensure safe temperatures in cases and log temperatures.
