Job summary

Pick 'n Save in Neenah, Wisconsin, seeks an enthusiastic team member to create outstanding customer experiences and help meet department goals. You will support the department manager, maintain safe and clean conditions, and promote product knowledge while assisting customers with questions and recommendations.

Responsibilities include handling produce platters and specials, stocking merchandise, and following safety procedures. A food handler permit is required on employment.

Qualifications

• Ability to handle stressful situations.
• Effective communication skills.
• Knowledge of basic math (counting, addition, and subtraction).
• Current food handlers permit once employed.

Responsibilities

• Gain knowledge of products and respond to questions; make suggestions to customers.
• Assist with the preparation produce platters/trays.
• Inform customers of produce specials.
• Recommend items to ensure customers get what they want and need.
• Label, stock and inventory department merchandise.
• Review/inspect products for quality and freshness and take appropriate action.
• Report product ordering/shipping discrepancies to the department manager.
• Display a positive attitude and stay current with ads.
