This role involves maintaining a fresh, high-quality selection at all times, along with responsibilities such as maintaining inventory, stocking, and ensuring a clean and organized department.Position’s Key Responsibilities:Provide excellent customer service and maintain a friendly and approachable demeanor.Greet customers warmly, provide assistance, answer questions, and offer recommendations.Stock produce and rotate fresh fruits and vegetables throughout shifts to maintain freshness.Ensure a great selection of fresh, quality produce is available, trimmed, and displayed properly.Maintain inventory levels, receive deliveries, and address discrepancies promptly.Keep the produce department clean, organized, and visually appealing.Ensure produce on store shelves is consistently fresh and in excellent condition.Continuously learn about products to enhance customer service and satisfaction.Other duties as assigned.Starting Pay: $22.66/hr., Depending on ExperiencePay Range: $22.66 – $27.47/hr.Uwajimaya participates in E-Verify to confirm employment eligibility.
