PRODUCE/CLERK (Finance)

Minimum Position Qualifications:
  • Ability to handle stressful situations.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Basic math knowledge (counting, addition, subtraction).
  • Current food handler's permit upon employment.
Desired Previous Job Experience:
  • Retail experience.
  • Proficiency in a second language (speaking, reading, or writing).
Responsibilities include:

  • Maintain knowledge of products and suggest items to customers.
  • Assist with preparing produce platters/trays and inform customers of specials.
  • Label, stock, and inventory products, and inspect for quality and freshness.
  • Ensure proper storage temperatures and maintain logs.
  • Follow safety procedures, report unsafe conditions, and participate in preventive maintenance.
  • Report accidents, safety risks, or illegal activities.
  • Perform essential functions with or without accommodations.
