Job Description

What You'll Do:

• Engage with Guests: Offer outstanding customer service, assist in finding items, take special orders, and address concerns.
• Maintain Stock Levels: Keep shelves well-stocked and organized, rotate products to ensure freshness.
• Ensure Cleanliness & Food Safety: Keep the sales floor and cooler clean, log temperatures, and complete rotation and shrink sheets daily.
• Maintain Supplies & Produce Cooler: Ensure availability of supplies like bags and ties, rotate produce, and order items as needed.
• Teamwork: Support team efforts and perform additional duties as required.
• Honor Commitments: Maintain regular attendance and provide notice for absences.

What We're Looking For:

• Customer Service Skills: Ability to engage and assist guests effectively.
• Communication: Good verbal and written skills.
• Teamwork: Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced environment.
• Safety Awareness: Knowledge of safety policies and ability to recognize hazards, operate equipment safely.
• Knowledge: Understanding of retail food operations and perishables.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, perform full upper body motion, work quickly, and tolerate extreme temperatures. Reasonable accommodations will be made for individuals with disabilities.

Work Schedule:

• Part-time, up to 28 hours per week.
• Shifts vary, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
