PRODUCE/CLERK (Finance)

Minimum Position Qualifications:
- Ability to handle stressful situations
- Effective communication skills
- Knowledge of basic math (counting, addition, and subtraction)
- Current food handlers permit once employed
Desired Previous Job Experience
- Comparable Retail experience
- Second language (speaking, reading and/or writing)
Responsibilities include:

- Promote Corporate Brands and trust among customers and associates
- Create a welcoming environment by answering questions and making product suggestions
- Assist with preparing produce platters/trays and inform customers of specials
- Recommend products to customers to meet their needs
- Properly prepare, package, label, and inventory merchandise
- Review products for quality and freshness, and take appropriate action
- Maintain accurate labeling, stocking, and inventory records
- Report discrepancies in product ordering/shipping
- Display a positive attitude and stay current with promotions and ads
- Maintain proper temperatures in cases and coolers with logs
- Ensure safety procedures are followed, identify unsafe conditions, and report safety risks or incidents
- Inspect equipment and report repairs needed
- Support a safe environment for all customers and employees
- Work cooperatively in a high-paced, sometimes stressful environment
- Manage conflicts professionally and act with honesty and integrity
- Follow directions and seek assistance when needed
