Minimum Position Qualifications:
- Ability to handle stressful situations
- Effective communication skills
- Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction)
- Current food handler's permit upon employment

Key Responsibilities:
- Model the 3A's of Friendly: acknowledge, assist, and appreciate customers
- Promote corporate brands and foster trust among colleagues
- Create a welcoming environment for customers by answering questions and suggesting products
- Maintain knowledge of products, assist with produce platters, and inform customers of specials
- Ensure proper packaging, labeling, inventory, and quality of produce
- Monitor temperatures and maintain safety and sanitation standards
- Report safety issues, accidents, and discrepancies promptly
- Work cooperatively in a high-paced environment, managing conflict professionally
- Act with honesty and integrity, following directions and seeking assistance when needed
- Support minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults as required
