Minimum Position Qualifications:

• Ability to handle stressful situations
• Effective communication skills
• Basic math knowledge (counting, addition, subtraction)
• Current food handler permit upon employment

Desired Previous Job Experience:

• Retail experience
• Second language skills (speaking, reading, or writing)

Responsibilities include:

• Model the 3A's of Friendly: acknowledge, assist, and appreciate customers
• Promote corporate brands and foster trust and respect among colleagues
• Create a welcoming environment by assisting customers and answering questions about products
• Maintain product knowledge, prepare produce trays, and inform customers of specials
• Recommend products, ensure proper packaging and labeling, and manage inventory
• Inspect products for quality, monitor temperatures, and ensure safety procedures are followed
• Report discrepancies, safety issues, and accidents promptly
• Work cooperatively in a high-paced environment, manage conflicts, and act with honesty and integrity
• Support minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults as needed

Salary Range: $19.25 - $25.35
