Job summary

Meijer is hiring a Food Clerk in Ohio to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment. You will assist customers with product knowledge, maintain clean and appealing displays, and collaborate across departments to ensure smooth store operations.

You will use technology to complete tasks accurately, follow strict food safety and sanitation protocols, and stay physically active during shifts. Previous retail experience is helpful but not required.

What You’ll Do

As a Food Clerk, you play a key role in creating a fresh, welcoming, and well‑run store experience within our Fresh departments.

You’ll:
