Minimum Position Qualifications:
- Ability to handle stressful situations
- Effective communication skills
- Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction)
- Current food handler's permit upon employment

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain knowledge of products and respond to customer inquiries
- Assist with produce preparations and inform customers of specials
- Recommend products and ensure proper packaging, labeling, and inventory
- Inspect products for quality and freshness
- Manage merchandise labeling, stocking, and inventory
- Report discrepancies and safety issues promptly
- Maintain proper temperatures and safety protocols
- Support equipment maintenance and report issues
- Handle customer and employee safety incidents appropriately
- Work cooperatively in a high-paced environment and manage conflicts professionally
- Act with honesty and integrity regarding all business and customer information

Salary Range: $16.91 - $24.15
