Minimum Position Qualifications:

• Retail experience

Responsibilities include:

• Create a welcoming environment by assisting customers and answering product questions
• Maintain product knowledge, prepare produce platters, and inform customers of specials
• Recommend products, ensure proper labeling, and manage inventory
• Inspect products for quality and freshness, and report discrepancies
• Ensure proper storage temperatures and maintain safety protocols
• Support equipment maintenance and report safety issues or accidents
• Manage conflict cooperatively and act with honesty and integrity
• Support minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults as needed
