Overview

If so, we need YOU to join our team at Sprouts Farmers Market as a Produce Clerk!

Responsibilities

As a Produce Clerk, you will handle, prepare, and merchandise farm-fresh produce to ensure high customer satisfaction. Your duties include stocking, presenting, facing, and organizing products according to department schematics, ensuring accurate tags and pricing, and maintaining product freshness through proper rotation, trimming, watering, and merchandising. You will also manage inventory to maximize freshness and availability, and assist customers with friendly and helpful service. Note: Team members under 18 have restrictions on tasks involving knives, ladders, machinery, and prolonged cooler/freezer work.

Qualifications

• Be at least 16 years old
• Dependable with flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Respectful, ethical, and committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion
• Positive attitude with good communication skills
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks, multi-task, and stay organized
• Able to stand, walk, bend, climb, and lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift
• Able to walk up to 5 miles in an 8-hour shift
• Adhere to safety, health, OSHA, and Weights and Measures regulations
• Perform other duties as assigned

Pay Range

$15.80 - $21.35 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
