The Produce Stocker Associate is responsible for replenishing, rotating, organizing, and presenting products in the produce department. Additional tasks supporting the produce operations may also be assigned.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Maintain product displays under the supervision of a lead or manager.
2. Apply protocols for presentation, rotation, organization, and replenishment of produce.
3. Ensure proper signage and quality standards of products.
4. Assist with disposal of trash and boxes.
5. Operate a baler safely for cardboard boxes (must be at least 18 years old).
6. Contribute to a safe work environment and customer experience.
7. Follow health and safety protocols as directed by management.
8. Maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
9. Represent Freshfields Farm courteously and professionally.
10. Use ladders and knives as necessary for tasks.
11. Assist with other tasks within the store as needed.
